RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Etno Bucket. As a handcrafted brand, we operate under a production model different from mass-manufactured retailers. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
PRODUCTION MODEL DEFINITIONS
For clarity:
Made-to-Order (MTO)
Items that are individually handcrafted after an order is placed. These items are not held as finished inventory and are produced specifically per customer order.
Ready-to-Ship (RTS)
Items that are physically in stock and available for immediate shipment at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly marked as “Ready-to-Ship” on the product page, all items are considered Made-to-Order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Made-to-Order items
• Items purchased with any discount or promotional code
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Sale”
These conditions apply regardless of whether the item is part of our standard catalog collection.
READY-TO-SHIP RETURNS (14-DAY WINDOW)
For eligible Ready-to-Ship items only:
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must include original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return (if eligible):
- Email us at etnobucketworldwide@gmail.com with your order number.
- Wait for written return authorization.
- Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited handcrafted production capacity. If approved, exchanges are processed as a new order after return inspection.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos
We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Normal leather characteristics (natural marks, grain variations, firmness) are not considered defects.
POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered production or been shipped.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items
Once a made-to-order or custom item has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled and payment is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to our error.
The non-refundable amount covers materials and artisan labor already invested.
- In-Stock Items
In-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours, only if the order has not yet been shipped.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS
Orders that were placed with customisation of one or more colours (and are not in-stock and should be handcrafted), with added details that were not shown in initial design or orders that needed to be handcrafted by our artists especially for you are not possible to be returned or exchanged.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and require additional documentation review.
