- How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at the message us button. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.
On the side note, a handling charge will be charged 10% of the product price will be charged as handling charge for item cancellation.
- How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Your Order in a menu page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status. Also we provide email with tracking number and link once the order is ready and shipped.
- When will I get my order?
Once your order has been placed our manager will get back to you to clarify the order details.
If the ordered item is in stock the shipment will be initiated within 1-3 business days and the delivery will be 6-14 business days, it depends where we have to deliver.
If the ordered item should be handcrafted by our artists we inform you about the time that needs for that , usually it takes 7-14 business days. Once the order is ready we inform you, send pictures and the tracking number. The delivery will take 6-14 business days, it depends where we have to deliver.
Our team is always doing our best to do everything as quickly as possible and find the best solution for our customers.
- Where can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us a message on the Facebook page.
You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us a message on Facebook.
- How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
- I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery.
- How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Once the order is ready the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 6-14 business days.Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
